At DBLT Designs, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece. To ensure your jewelry continues to shine, we offer free repairs for normal wear and tear within the first three months after purchase. Customers are responsible for a flat $15 shipping fee to cover sending items to and from our U.S. factory.

We also accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in the same condition as received and not worn.

Refunds: Eligible returned items will receive a credit to the original method of payment once received and inspected.
Exchanges: Exchanges are available for defective or damaged items. Exchanges are also available if you wish to select a different piece of equal or greater value; in such cases, the customer is responsible for any price difference.

All of our pieces are handmade in our U.S. factory. Some feature special-cut stones, pearls, or beads, while others are crafted entirely from sterling silver. No two items are exactly alike, and in some cases, identical replacements may not be available.

For assistance with repairs, returns, or exchanges, please email us at sales@dbltdesigns.com. For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your piece is safely returned, as we cannot guarantee delivery otherwise.
