We are committed to helping you maintain the beauty and longevity of your jewelry through thoughtful repair and care services.

REPAIR SERVICES

Repair services are available for all DBLT pieces and are thoughtfully categorized based on the level of work required.

Minor Repairs
$35
Includes simple repairs such as chain soldering, jump ring replacement, and minor adjustments.

Standard Repairs
$55
Includes moderate repairs such as stone tightening, small part replacement, and more involved adjustments.

Major Repairs
Starting at $85
Includes more complex or structural repairs. Final pricing will be confirmed prior to proceeding.

All repairs are assessed upon arrival, and you will be notified of the appropriate service level before any work is completed.

REPAIR HANDLING & SHIPPING

A flat repair handling fee of $28 applies to all repair services. This fee covers secure transport, processing, and coordination between our New Hampshire location and our U.S. manufacturing facility.

Customers are responsible for shipping their item to DBLT Designs. Once repairs are complete, your piece will be securely returned to you from our New Hampshire location.

DBLT CARE PLAN

For clients who wish to extend the life of their piece, we offer the option to purchase a DBLT Care Plan. This plan provides continued support, repair coverage for normal wear, and priority service over time.

RETURNS

Each DBLT piece is thoughtfully handcrafted, and many items are made to order. Due to the nature of this process, all sales are considered final.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Each DBLT piece is handcrafted in our U.S. factory. Due to the nature of handmade work and the use of unique materials such as pearls, stones, and specialty elements, no two pieces are exactly alike. In some cases, identical replacements may not be available.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as DBLT Designs is not responsible for items lost in transit.
